Try the manga male now today! The male was harder for me to draw due to the differences between the male and female in manga, but it wasn't much of a problem after because  could draw a person. Just a few modifications were needed, and you will probably get the hang of it as well. First of all, the eyes are narrower and sharper instead of the big and round female eyes unless the boy is a child or innocent, polite, etc. to show what the character is like. Add eyelids as a line above the eye and eyebrows, don't make them slender/skinny.Then, you draw the body which is quite simple really and doesn't have to be thought to hard about. Just two broad lines for the chest narrowing slightly as it goes down and lines as the legs, don't make it too stiff or skinny unless they are weak, etc. The arms are done in the same fashion, can be put in pockets or behind back so it's less time consuming or if you cannot draw hands, if you do, feel free to do so!

    Then draw the feet and the hair. Hair is usually drawn short for me but, do as you wish, as long as the rules are correct for the hair, and your done with the structure! Just had clothes like a hoodie or something and add wrinkles for realism.
